HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
Please fill our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and you will receive returning instructions by e-mail.
Follow the steps below:
Returns to all our customers in the Europe are free* if you use our returning process. Alternatively you can make your own arrangement through any postal carrier at your own expenses.
All our customers can return purchased items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size, color or style. Please note that underwear, socks and tights can’t be returned or exchanged due hygienic reasons.
We will refund you at the price you purchased at including sale items.
All goods will be inspected on return. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
The goods are your responsibility until their reach our warehouse so please ensure they are packed properly.
It can take up to 30 days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse depending on how you send your purchase back.
When we receive your parcel we will check it to make sure it is okay and then either refund your or order your replacements. We aim to do this within 48 hours of receiving your purchase back. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
We will send you an email when the goods have been confirmed as being in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your AirlineShoes account.
You can track the status of your return in the “my account” section of the website.
Any refund will automatically be processed to the card or bank account you originally used to pay for the order.
Please expect refunds to take 5-10 days to show in your account.
If your replacement is unavailable we will automatically refund you and send you an email to let you know.
One (1) free return or exchange per order (one or more items) allowed. Following returns or exchanges at customer own expenses.
*Free Returns do not applies to items on sale or outlet.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of socks, tight or underwear.
